Neil is a former Chairman of City of Chester Conservatives, as well as being a Cheshire West and Chester Councillor for 12 years.
Neil runs a ceramics manufacturing business based in Wrexham. Whilst being born and brought up in Nort Wales, Chester has been a great home town for his family for over 20 years.
